The user is archived if s/he has not logged in to the VAT@GTC over a long period of time or has not changed the password after the password reset. The default period is 400 days. The user has 15 days to change the password. Both setting can be customised. |
Deleted users can be restored by using the [Restore
] button. Afterwards they appear in the user overview as active users. When restoring the user, do not forget to provide the user with the initial password.
