On the right side you can now see two arrows, one for downloading the mapping, one upwards for uploading a mapping. To change the mapping, a template can be downloaded by clicking on the download arrow. This template can be filled with the individual mapping, for examples please the section on important documents. It is important, that the Version contains a any number, such as in the screenshot you can see below. When the Version number is added and the mapping is filled, you can upload the file with the upwards arrow next to the Mapping. If not already selected, the Mapping has to be selected in the interface structure, as explained above.

After the import the window shows a list of all data in the import file and the status. If the import was successful, the status is a green arrow, if not successful, the row shows a red mark and shows a message on why the value couldn’t be imported. If the imported data is to be added to the module, it is important to click on the “Save” button on the upper left of the window. If the Importfile is changed, it is possible to correct the importfile and choose the “Import” button to repeat the process.
