This version enables the dispatch to the German tax office with the help of Tax Transfer DE and a corresponding handling of the individual tax cases analogous to the workflow in Income Taxes with a four-eyes signing and review step.

  • The Tax Transfer Hub can map the document data storage and processing on a standardized workflow according to the four eyes principle.

  • The Tax Transfer Hub stores timestamps for all interactions with a tax document within the workflow to enable Historization.

  • Both a functional and a technical check of the tax documents is carried out for each initiated dispatch.

  • The Elster certificate is used by the workflow for the transaction with the help of the portal functionalities depending on the corresponding user. Therefore, is a system with a working portal configuration needed.

  • The Tax Transfer Hub provides a stabilization function so that dispatch is repeated several times within a certain time interval, to bypass temporal technical issues. By default, the Tax Transfer Hub repeats communication with Tax Transfer DE for five minutes. This can be configured by the user via the following tomcat runtime parameter: -Dtaxtransferhub.retry.time.duration=<Number of Minutes>.
