Wir haben die Warnung ab der Version 2.9.0.123 entfernt. Die Custom XML-Daten werden weiterhin beim Check-In entfernt (solange in den Einstellungen der Haken gesetzt ist), aber dies geschieht für den User in SmartNotes unsichtbar. So können Sie wie gewohnt in SmartNotes arbeiten, während das Programm sicherstellt, dass sich nicht zu viele unnötige Informationen in den Dateien ansammeln.

Benutzerdefinierte Custom XML Daten werden von Word in die Dateien geschrieben. Diese sollten immer entfernt werden, da Custom XML die Performance in SmartNotes verschlechtern kann.

Wenn Sie den Haken in den Einstellungen zum Entfernen der CustomXML setzen, werden diese direkt gelöscht wenn Word neue erstellt. Die Meldung kann also mit „Ja“ bestätigt werden.

If you check the box in the settings to remove the CustomXML, they will be deleted directly when Word creates new ones. The message can therefore be confirmed with "Yes".

Sollten XML Daten vorhanden sein, haben Sie an dieser Stelle direkt die Möglichkeit die Daten zu entfernen.

Note

Sollte die Meldung immer wieder erscheinen, so prüfen Sie erst die Formatvorlage. Bei der Formatvorlage erscheint die Meldung nicht, auch wenn diese CustomXML-Einträge enthält. Prüfung und Korrektur erfolgen wie beschrieben.

Das gleiche Verhalten kann aufgrund der Superschnipsel auftreten. Prüfen und korrigieren Sie diese dann ggf. auch.

Wenn die Custom XML aus Formatvorlage und Superschnipsel entfernt wurden, sollten in den anderen Dokumenten maximal noch ein mal diese Meldung auftauchen.

We have removed the warning as of version 2.9.0.123. The Custom XML data is still removed during check-in (as long as the check mark is set in the settings), but this happens invisibly for the user in SmartNotes. This allows you to work in SmartNotes as usual while the programme ensures that not too much unnecessary information accumulates in the files.

If XML data is present, you have the option of removing the data directly at this point.


Note

If the message keeps appearing, first check the style sheet. The message does not appear with the format template, even if it contains CustomXML entries. Check and correct as described.

The same behaviour can occur due to super snippets. In this case, also check and correct them if necessary.

If the custom XML has been removed from the style sheet and super snippets, this message should appear no more than once in the other documents.
