Gelegentlich kann es sinnvoll sein zu prüfen, ob das Schema der Datenbank der Standardinstallation entspricht. 

Mit Hilfe dieser Anleitung lässt sich ein Skript erstellen, dass die komplette Struktur einer Datenbank, jedoch keine Daten aus SmartNotes enthält. 

Zur Erstellung des Skriptes ist ein Zugang zum Datenbankserver über das SQL-Managementstudio notwendig.

Nach Auswahl der Datenbank (im Beispiel BOCON26026V) über das Menü "Tasks" den Punkt "Skripts generieren" starten.

Der nächste Dialog kann direkt mit "weiter" bestätigt werden.

Nun die Option "In neuem Abfragefenster speichern" setzen und über "Erweitert" die erweiterten Einstellungen aufrufen.

In den "Erweiterten Skripterstellungsoptionen" müssen die farbig markierten Einstellungen wie folgt gesetzt sein.  Danach mit OK bestätigen führt wieder zum vorherigen Dialog, der dann mit "Weiter" bestätigt werden muss.

Es erscheint eine Zusammenfassung, die nach Prüfung der Auswahl mit "Weiter" zum nächsten Dialog führt.

Die Skripts werden nun generiert. Mit "Bericht speichern" (1) wird dieser dann als  HTML gespeichert. "Fertig stellen" (2) öffnet dann das erzeugte Skript als neues Abfragefenster im SQL-ManagementStudio und muss nur noch lokal gespeichert werden.


Beide erzeugten Dateien stellen Sie uns dann bitte per Mail zur Verfügung. Nennen Sie uns in Ihrer Mail bitte noch die SmartNotes-Version und die im SQL-ManagementStudio eingesetzte InterfaceSprache.

Sometimes it may be useful to check whether the schema of the database corresponds to the standard installation. 

With the help of these instructions, a script can be created that contains the complete structure of a database, but no data from SmartNotes. 

To create the script, access to the database server via the SQL Management Studio is necessary.

After selecting the database (BOCON26026V in the example), start the item "Generate scripts" via the "Tasks" menu.

The next dialogue can be confirmed directly with "next".

Select the item "Script entire database and database objects" and confirm with "next".

Now set the option "Save to new query window" and call up the advanced settings via "Advanced".

In the "Advanced scripting options", the settings marked in colour must be set as follows.  Confirming with OK leads back to the previous dialogue, which must then be confirmed with "Next".

The scripts are now generated. With "Save report" (1) this is then saved as HTML. "Finish" (2) then opens the generated script as a new query window in SQL-ManagementStudio and only needs to be saved locally.
