Folgende Situation:

Die Ergebnisdokumenterstellung wurde gestartet und der Status im /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6226351ist "finished".

Sie möchten das Ergebnisdokument laden und erhalten die nachfolgende Fehlermeldung.

Die Ursache dafür kann vielfältig sein.

Häufig ist es ein Reparaturvorschlag den Word beim Öffnen der Datei bestätigt haben möchte. Beim Öffnen über den RemoteWorker kann dieser aber nicht angezeigt werden und obige Meldung erscheint.

Unabhängig von der Klärung der Ursache können Sie über einen Workaround an die Datei gelangen.  Die Datei befindet wird im sogenannten Temp-Ordner abgelegt.

Wie Sie diese Datei finden und öffnen können erfahren Sie im Kapitel "Sind meine Daten verloren, wenn SmartNotes abgestürzt ist?"


Erstellen Sie bitte eine Kopie dieser Datei, die Sie dem SmartNotes-Support zur Verfügung stellen können. Öffnen Sie die Kopie bitte nicht!

Diese Fehlermeldung erscheint, wenn zu viele Styles verwendet werden und Word die Menge nicht verarbeiten kann.

The following situation:

The result document creation has been started and the status in RemoteWorker is "finished".

You want to load the result document and receive the following error message.

The cause for this can be manifold.

Often it is a repair suggestion that Word wants to have confirmed when opening the file. When opening the file via /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6226351, however, this cannot be displayed and the above message appears

Regardless of the cause, you can access the file via a workaround.  The file is stored in the so-called Temp folder.

You can find out how to find and open this file in the chapter  "Data loss after crash?"
