*Create new snapshot* Snapshots are managed in the _Snapshots_ dialogue. Every processing state needs to have a description \[once created it cannot be changed\]. A new snapshot is created by clicking the \[ !worddave6b139a9accb7e9ec07d6b911065a8ce.png|height=25,width=28! \] button, this is confirmed in the dialogue header: !worddavcb375a5026665163f0be3643bd35f8de.png|height=245,width=469! _Fig. 149: Create a new snapshot_ A table containing all existing snapshots can be viewed in the _Snapshots_ dialogue. Every snapshot has an ID. A click on the recycle bin deletes the frozen processing state; it cannot be restored. !worddavb19522897fdc18deb183cc652a5b5a66.png|height=56,width=646! _Fig. 150: Overview of created snapshots_ Click on the magnifying glass symbol \[ !worddavff0594dcc5914d4c506b8ed229108739.png|height=20,width=21! \] to open a new subdialogue where the processing state of the selected snapshot can be viewed. Select the dialogues to be displayed and click the _Show_ button – the dialogues will be opened in a read mode in a new tab of your browser. !worddav143102654598993fe4926c007bfe300b.png|height=348,width=219! _Fig. 151: Show processing state of individual dialogues |
