This tool can be used to generate Country by Country XML files based on the OECD XML schema. For more information about the requirements, please refer to the OECD Guide for Tax Administrations and instructions from your local tax administration.
AMANA provides an Excel template that enables an easy conversion of the required data. The parsing of the Excel template is based on Excel Named Ranges, so the template can be changed or enriched with custom calculations but all predefined named ranges must exist to allow successful conversion.

To convert a pre-filled Excel template, please select the appropriate Report Type and select the file and click on 'Convert Excel to XML'. An XML Schema validation is performed and all converted data will be displayed.

To make sure, that conversion was successful, or to visualize old files, please upload the converted XML file with 'Validate and Visualize XML File'. The resulting Excel template has all values read from the XML file and allows an easy review. 

For reporting to Austrian or German tax authorities, some additional fields need to be provided (see template hidden rows on sheet 'Master data').
