You can access the details of a filing by selecting a filing in the filing overview and clicking on "Details". Image Added A new page with filing details will open. All submitted filing versions are listed here. If key risk indicators have been created for this filing in the key performance indicator management, they are also listed here. You can change the status of the filing by selecting a new status from the drop-down list, clicking on the "Change status" button, entering a comment in the window that opens and clicking on "Save". The history of all status changes can be viewed by clicking on the "Status changes" button.
Image Added The additional information to the filing can be accessed by clicking on the button "Show" in the column "Information" of the corresponding filing version. A new window will open displaying the following information:
- Filing indicators
- Filename
- Producer
- Md5 sum
Image Added A filing indicator is used to indicate a notifier's intention to report a particular template or, in its absence, the intention not to report a template. Filing indicators thus define which tables in the XBRL file the reporting entity wants to report and which it does not. The tables - even if they are filled - are not reported if they have negative filing indicators and are shown in the "Not reported" column. Positive filing indicators are shown in the 'Reported' column and indicate which tables are reported. In the filing details view, you can select any two filing versions and compare them. To do so, place a checkmark next to two selected filing versions and click on the "Compare selected instances" button. After the query has been processed (it can take several minutes), a new window opens, showing the results.
Image Added You can download XBRL files and Excel files for the filings listed in the view and validate the filings again. To do so, click on the corresponding icons.
Image Added Click the Image Added icon to save the XBRL file of the filing locally. Click the Image Added icon to save a Excel version of the XBRL file which is optimised to be human-readable. The Excel file contains the visualised XBRL instance with the table view from the taxonomy. The XBRL Table Linkbase is used for this purpose. Click the Image Added icon to download the flat mapping report for the selected filing version. Click the pencil icon to edit a filing version. You will then be redirected to the editor. When a user edits a filing, the Edit button is disabled for all other users. As soon as the user saves or cancels, the lock is removed. Administrators can remove locks to prevent permanent blocking. Image Added Click the Image Added icon to re-validate the XBRL file. A re-validation may be necessary for two reasons:
- If the validation status was set incorrectly due to a software error in the XBRL portal (e.g.: invalid although the filing is valid, or vice versa).
- When a validation rule is disabled in the XBRL taxonomy. In this case, the new submission can be prevented.
Important: The new validation leads to the creation of a new filing version. Therefore, the new validation is only possible for the latest filing version. Otherwise, an older filing could be re-validated and then displayed with obsolete data compared to the last filing (for example, in the key performance indicators). |
