Sie können die Klassifizierung der Office-Dokumente auch innerhalb von SmartNotes verwenden. 

Dazu sind die im Folgenden beschriebenen Punkte zu beachten.

Wenn Sie die Klassifizierung in Word verwenden und bei jedem Auschecken eines Word-Schnipsel um eine Klassifizierung gebeten werden, dann fehlt die Klassifizierung der Word-Formatvorlage.

Die Formatvorlage gibt verschiedene Dinge an die einzelnen Schnipsel weiter, auch die Klassifizierung. 

Die folgenden Schritte schaffen Abhilfe: 

• Bitte legen Sie die Klassifizierung in der Word-Formatvorlage in SmartNotes fest.
• Die einzelnen Word-Schnipsel müssen die gleiche Klassifizierung haben, bzw. bekommen diese durch die Weitergabe aus der Formatvorlage.

In Excel und Powerpoint gibt es zwar auch jeweils eine Formatvorlage, diese reicht aber keine Informationen an die einzelnen Schnipsel weiter.

• Die Klassifizierung ist für jeden Schnipsel einmalig durchzuführen.

To do this, the points described below must be observed.

If you use classification in Word and are asked to classify each time you check out a Word snippet, then the Word Layout Master  classification is missing.

The Word Layout Master passes on various things to the individual snippets, including classification. 

The following steps will help:

• Please set the classification in the Word Layout Master  in SmartNotes.
• The individual Word snippets must have the same classification or receive this classification by passing it on from the Word Layout Master.

In Excel and PowerPoint there is also a Layout Master in each case, but this does not pass on any information to the individual snippets.

• The classification is to be carried out once for each snippet.
