Mit der Tastenkombination STRG + E können Sie die Cockpit-Übersicht exportieren. Die exportierte Datei beinhaltet die im Cockpit sichtbaren spalten. Die geöffnete Excel-Datei kann dann gespeichert und bearbeitet werden.

Mit der Tastenkombination STRG + F können Sie die Kapitelnamen durchsuchen. Dabei haben Sie die Möglichkeit über die Funktion "Filterliste" alle Kapitel anzuzeigen, in denen der Treffer im Kapitelnamen gefunden wurde. Über die Groß- und Kleinschreibung können Sie einstellen, ob bei der Suche die Schreibweise berücksichtigt werden soll.

Mit den Tastenkombinationen STRG + "+" (Pluszeichen) oder STRG + "-" (Minuszeichen) können Sie die ausgewählte Kapitelebene auf- oder zuklappen.

Mit der Tastenkombination STRG + A können Sie alle Kapitel im Cockpit markieren.

Mittels der Tastenkombinationen STRG + Linke Maustaste oder SHIFT + Linke Maustaste können Sie mehrere Kapitel auswählen. Mit STRG wählen Sie einzelne Kapitel aus, mittels SHIFT können Sie einen Bereich an Kapiteln auswählen.

Neben der Navigation mit der Maus im SmartNotes Cockpit haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit mittels der Pfeiltasten zwischen den Kapiteln zu navigieren.

Mittels Drücken der Taste ALT haben Sie die Möglichkeit mit verschiedenen Tastenkombinationen in den verschiedenen SmartNotes Menüs zu wechseln. Durch drücken der ALT-Taste springen Sie an das SmartNotes Menü, der jeweils unterstrichene Buchstabe kann dann für einen Sprung in dieses Kapitel gedrückt werden. So gelangen Sie beispielsweise durch das Drücken von ALT - o - s in die Dokumenteinstellungen, oder über ALT - o - e in die Ergebnisdokumentverwaltung.

With the key combination CTRL + T you jump to the function Change document. If you select another chapter here, it will be opened in a new tab in the SmartNotes Cockpit.

With the key combination CTRL + E you can export the cockpit overview. The exported file contains the columns visible in the cockpit. The opened Excel file can then be saved and edited.

With the key combination CTRL + F you can search the chapter names. You can use the "Filter list" function to display all chapters in which the hit was found in the chapter name. You can use the upper and lower case settings to determine whether the spelling should be taken into account in the search.

With the key combinations CTRL + "+" (plus sign) or CTRL + "-" (minus sign) you can expand or collapse the selected chapter level.

With the key combination CTRL + A you can mark all chapters in the cockpit.

You can select several chapters using the key combinations CTRL + left mouse button or SHIFT + left mouse button. With CTRL you select individual chapters, with SHIFT you can select a range of chapters.

In addition to navigating with the mouse in SmartNotes Cockpit, you can also navigate between chapters using the arrow keys.

By pressing the ALT key, you have the option of using various key combinations to switch between the different SmartNotes menus. By pressing the ALT key you jump to the SmartNotes menu, the underlined letter can then be pressed to jump to this chapter. For example, pressing ALT - o - s will take you to the document settings, or ALT - o - e will take you to the results document management.
