Um ein Benutzerprofil anzulegen, wählen Sie die Funktion „Stammdaten → Benutzer und Rollen" und klicken anschließend auf „Benutzer anlegen". Danach geben Sie die Benutzerinformationen ein, weisen dem Benutzer die Rollen zu und speichern diese ab. Der Benutzername und die E-Mail-Adresse müssen eindeutig sein. Wenn die „Active Directory Authentifizierung" verwendet wird, kann sich der Benutzer mit seinem Domänenkonto anmelden. In diesem Fall muss kein neues Kennwort eingegeben werden und die entsprechenden Felder werden ausgeblendet. Falls die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung systemweit deaktiviert ist, wird dies unter dem entsprechenden Kästchen angezeigt.
