| SmartNotes bietet ein umfassendes Konzept, welches das einfache Entwerfen und Layouten von Ergebnisdokumenten ermöglicht, gleichzeitig aber ein anspruchsvolles Design zur Verfügung stellt. Dabei kann ein einheitliches und dokumentweit nutzbares Format für die Word-Dateien der Kapitel angelegt oder jede einzelne Word-Datei individuell gestaltet und bearbeitet werden. Um ein dokumentweit nutzbares Format zu erstellen, verfügt SmartNotes über ein Vorlagensystem, in dem eine /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6219774 mit dem gewünschten Design des Ergebnisdokumentes erstellt wird. Diese Vorlage dient anschließend als Grundlage für alle Word-Dateien des SmartNotes-Dokumentes, in dem sie erstellt wurde. Dies bedeutet, dass alle Styles der Formatvorlage in den einzelnen Schnipseln zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Öffnen Sie die Formatvorlage und wählen Sie dann unter "Datei" den Punkt "Optionen". In den Word-Optionen wählen Sie bitte den Eintrag "Add-Ins" und dort unter "Verwalten den Punkt "Vorlagen".

| SmartNotes offers a comprehensive concept that enables the simple design and layout of result documents, but at the same time provides a sophisticated design. A uniform and document-wide usable format can be created for the Word files of the chapters or each individual Word file can be designed and edited individually. To create a document-wide usable format, SmartNotes has a template system in which a format template with the desired design of the result document is created. This template then serves as the basis for all Word files in the SmartNotes document in which it was created. This means that all styles of the /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6219774 are made available in the individual snippets.
