In [My Profile 
] dialogue you can edit your personal profile settings. You can add contact details, including telephone number and e-mail address, change the password or add Elster certificate for electronic VAT declaration together with PIN.
Every user can adjust certain settings in the VAT@GTC per the individual requirements. These includes language settings, sorting of data sets and number format.
Sorting
In most dialogues, it is possible to select the company you are going to work with from the dropdown menu. The companies can be sorted either by ID or name.
You can select different number formats in VAT@GTC with help of the [Number format] dropdown menu. Depending on the format you select, the number format will be changed. The following options, complying with the requirements of ISO 80000 [quantities and units], are available:
By selecting a language, the application automatically adjusts the number format to that used in the country. In Germany, e.g. decimal numbers are separated with a comma and a dot is used as thousand delimiters; while in the English-speaking countries decimal numbers are often separated with a dot and comma is used as thousand delimiters. Manual correction of the automatic selection is possible.

In the case that a licence with a limited number of companies is stored, the number of created and the maximum number of companies of the currently selected period is displayed.
In addition, the application version and the database version can be viewed here. The application version and the database version should always match (except for leading 0s). If this is not the case, problems may occur. If problems arise and AMANA support is contacted, it can always be helpful to state the versions.
