Fehlerbeschreibung:

Nach dem Fortschreiben eines Dokumentes bleiben sn_year und sn_prevyear auf dem Wert vom Vorjahr stehen.

Erwartetes Verhalten:

Die Werte sollten sich mit Fortschreiben aktualisieren.

Workaround:

Werte aktualisieren sich spätestens, wenn die Formatvorlage in einem neuen Kapitel genutzt, eingecheckt und erneut geöffnet wird.

Ansicht fehlerhaft / Verschobene Kapitel erst nach Speichern sichtbar

Fehlerbeschreibung:

Sobald man versucht, nach dem Speichern ein Kapitel zu verschieben, wird dies im Dialog nicht mehr angezeigt. Erst wenn der Dialog erneut gespeichert wird, springt das zuvor verschoben Kapitel an die richtige Stelle.

Erwartetes Verhalten:

Das Verschieben von Kapiteln sollte immer zu sehen sein

Layoutroboter: Layoutroboter löscht hinterlegte Leerzeichen vor Fußnoten

Fehlerbeschreibung:
Leerzeichen zwischen einem Positionsnamen und einer Fußnote werden durch den Layoutroboter bei Aktualisierung der Tabelle rausgelöscht.
Erwartetes Verhalten:
Die Leerzeichen bleiben erhalten.

XBRL: Gleichzeitige Mehrfachauszeichnung gleicher Textteile beim Text Block Tagging

Fehlerbeschreibung:
Aktuell ist es möglich, beim Text Block Tagging mehrere Tags auf einmal auswählen, diese lassen sich dann jedoch nicht anwenden. Der "Tag übernehmen"-Button ist nicht ausgegraut; bei Betätigen des Buttons passiert nichts.

Erwartetes Verhalten:
Es ist nicht möglich, eine Mehrfachauswahl an Tags auf einen Textabschnitt zu legen. Word legt pro Tag ein Inhaltssteuerelement an; Word lässt dabei nicht zu, dass mehrfache Informationen in dieses Element geschrieben werden. Es sollte aber schon ersichtlich sein, dass die Mehrfachauswahl nicht funktioniert: der Button soll ausgegraut sein.

Fehlerbeschreibung:
Bei einer Textblock Extension wird automatisch der Item Type "Monetary" vergeben und muss dann jeweils manuell angepasst werden.

Erwartetes Verhalten:
Der Item Type sollte Textblock sein.

Error description:

After rolling forward  a document, sn_year and sn_prevyear remain at the value from the previous year.

Expected behavior:

The values should update as they are updated.

Workaround:

Values update at the latest when the style sheet is used in a new chapter, checked in and opened again.

View incorrect / Moved chapters only visible after saving

Error description:

As soon as you try to move a chapter after saving, it is no longer displayed in the dialogue. Only when the dialogue is saved again does the previously moved chapter jump to the correct position.

Expected behavior:

Moving chapters should always be visible.

Layout robot: Layout robot deletes stored spaces before footnotes

Error description:
Spaces between a position name and a footnote are deleted by the layout robot when the table is updated.
Expected behavior:
The spaces are retained.

XBRL: Simultaneous multiple tagging of the same text parts in text block tagging

Error description:

Currently it is possible to select several tags at once for text block tagging, but these cannot be applied. The "Apply Tag" button is not greyed out; nothing happens when the button is pressed.

Expected behavior:

It is not possible to place a multiple selection of tags on a section of text. Word creates one content control per tag; Word does not allow multiple information to be written into this element. However, it should already be obvious that the multiple selection does not work: the button should be greyed out.

XBRL: Item Type for Textblock Extensions should not be Monetary by default

Error description:
For a text block extension, the item type "Monetary" is automatically assigned and must then be manually adjusted.

Expected behavior:
The item type should be text block.
