ERP Gruppe hinzufügen

Falls eine neue ERP Gruppe im System hinterlegt werden soll, kann dies in den Einstellungen des VAT@GTCs erfolgen.

Unter Einstellungen → Verbindungsparameter muss ein neuer Parameter für die Gruppe erstellt werden. Über [Anlegen] wird der Dialog zur Erstellung aufgerufen.

Danach werden die folgenden drei Felder ausgefüllt:

Kategorie	[ERP Gruppe] aus dem Dropdown Menü auswählen
Name	Individuelle Benennung der Gruppe
Parameter 1	Die selbe Benennung wie im Feld Name

Daraufhin wird die Gruppe über [speichern] gespeichert.

Die neue ERP Gruppe ist somit angelegt und kann nun in den Gesellschaften im Dialog Stammdaten → Gesellschaften zugeordnet werden. Dort können die Gesellschaften bearbeitet werden (Stiftbutton) und die neue Gruppe in den Gesellschafts-Einstellungen unter [Zuordnung der Verbindungs-Information] durch Auswahl aus dem Dropdown Menü und anschließendem Betätigen des [Hinzufügen] Buttons hinzugefügt werden.

Bei der Neuanlage einer Gesellschaft wird analog verfahren.

If a new ERP group is to be stored in the system, this can be done in the VAT@GTC settings.

A new parameter for the group must be created under Settings → Connection parameters. Via [Create], the dialog for creation is accessed.

The following three fields are then filled in:

Field	Editing note
Category	Select [ERP Group] from the drop-down menu
Name	Individual name of the group
Parameter 1	Should be the same name as in the Name field

The group is then saved via [Save].

The new ERP group is now created and can be assigned to the companies in the dialog Master data → Companies.There, the companies can be edited (pencil button) and the new group can be added in the company settings under [SAP system type] by selecting from the drop-down menu and then pressing the [Add] button.

The procedure for creating a new company is the same.
