Im GTC findet man den Bereich der Allocations unter dem Pillar 2 Modul unter In the GTC, you will find the Allocations area under the Pillar 2 module under Cockpi → Import → Allocations. Hier kann dann im nächsten Schritt ein Template runtergeladen werden, dieses Template hat folgende Form:
Dieses Template kann im nächsten Schritt dann mit Werten befüllt werden. Für die Befüllung der Spalten gibt es einige vorgaben, welche unter anderem auch in der Excel Datei (Template Datei) zu finden sind.
Für Spalte A kann man zwischen den Ziffern 0, 1 und 2 wählen (siehe BildHere you can download a template in the next step, this template has the following form:

In Spalte B kann man dann eine weitere Ziffer eintragen, welche allerdings zu dem BEreits vorer angegeben Wert der Spalte A passen muss. Auch kann hier eine Beschreibung eingetragen werden oder ein Kommentar.

Nach der Befüllung des Templates, muss die erstellte Datei wieder im GTC hochgeladen werden. Dies erfolgt im selben Fenster. Mithilfe des Buttons “Select files” kann dann eine Datei ausgewählt und über den Button “Import” anschließend importiert werden.

Nach dem Import sollte kein Fehler aufgetreten sein und ein grünes Symbol erscheinen, Ist dies der Fall, war der Import und die Allocation erfolgreich.
