If more than one language is stored for a SmartNotes document, a drop-down menu with the description "Document language" is displayed in the upper right area of the cockpit. This menu can be used to switch between the different document languages. If a document is written in only one language, the drop-down menu is automatically hidden. To change the language, the drop-down menu is called up by left-clicking. All languages that have been created for a document are listed there. The desired language can be selected with another left click. |
