The permissions "PowerPoint" refer to the visibility of the existing PowerPoint files and the possibility to edit or delete them. The combination of authorization levels and categories plays a role here. Thus, at least read rights must exist so that the existing PowerPoint files are displayed to a user. Depending on the authorization category, additional editing options are activated. In order to at least be able to read the PowerPoint files, at least the "Chapter Reader" authorization and an authorization at status level must also be granted.
Authorisation for PowerPoint is assigned according to the status level created. In this way, it can be controlled for each role when editing is possible in PowerPoint and when access is read-only.
