The "Chapter Attachments" permission refers to the visibility of attachments to chapters in the SmartNotes Cockpit and the ability to edit them. The combination of authorization levels and categories plays an important role. At least read permissions for the attachments and read permissions for the document must exist so that the chapter attachments of a document are displayed in the SmartNotes Cockpit for a user.
