Berechtigung auf Re-Import |

Der Re-Import kann ab dieser Version unabhängig von Word /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6228177 werden. Bisher war der Re-Import eines Ergebnisdokuments an die Berechtigung von Word gekoppelt. Wenn demnach Schreibberechtigungen vorhanden waren, war es auch möglich, ein Dokument zu re-importieren. Nun ist es möglich, die Funktion separat abzuschalten und den Re-Import auf einen kleineren Personenkreis zu beschränken. Um den Re-Import ausführen zu können, sind weiterhin mindestens Word-Schreibrechte auf Dokumentebene nötig. |
Factory: Warnung beim Öffnen von Excel-Dateien, die im Subdokument final sind |

In unserem Factory-Modul sind die Subdokumente von ihrer Struktur her vom Master abhängig. Das gilt auch für die Excel-Dateien. Excel-Dateien lassen sich mit Zahlen befüllen, Zeilen und Spalten können ausgeblendet werden, aber die Excel-Datei kann nicht verändert werden. Alle Änderungen, die im Master in den Excel-Dateien gemacht werden, werden an die Subdokumente weitergereicht. Der Zeitstempel ändert sich. Wir wurden aber vermehrt darauf angesprochen, dass eine Warnung hilfreich wäre. Diese Warnung soll beim Öffnen der Datei darauf aufmerksam machen, dass sich die Excel-Datei im Subdokument in einem geschlossenen Status befindet. Die Änderungen können weiterhin in die Subdokumente durchgereicht werden. Allerdings ist die Warnung hilfreich, um nicht versehentlich finale Statusstufen auszuhebeln. XBRL: Escape-Attribut |

Ab der Version 2.9.0.240 können Escape-Attribute zentral für ein Dokument unter den /wiki/spaces/SND/pages/6228197 gesetzt werden. Somit ist es nicht mehr notwendig, diese einzeln für alle Textblock-Tags zu setzen. Textblock-Tags kann ein sog. Escape-Attribut mitgegeben werden, das steuert, ob die XHTML Tags mit in das XBRL Instanzdokument übernommen werden sollen oder nicht. Standardmäßig ist das Escape-Attribut auf False gesetzt, entsprechend der Guidiance 2.2.6 des ESEF Reporting Manuals (Seite 33). Die Umstellung auf True ist nicht notwendig, wird aber von einigen Prüfern empfohlen. |
XBRL: Bearbeiten und Löschen einzelner Textblock-Tags |

Wenn mehrere Textblock-Tags aufeinander liegen, war es bisher immer schwierig, gezielt einzelne Tags zu löschen. Die Auswahl des Menüpunktes "XBRL Textblock Tag löschen" führte dazu, dass alle Textblock-Tags gelöscht wurden. Mit der neuen Version ist es möglich, einzelne Textblock-Tags auszuwählen und diese bearbeiten und löschen zu können. Mehr zum Thema Textblock-Tagging finden Sie hier. |
