| In der Auswertungsübersicht werden auf dem ersten Tabellenblatt „Verknüpfte Tabellen (Word)" alle Tabellen aufgelistet, die über einen Ausgabebereich verfügen und nach Word verknüpft sind. In der ersten Spalte „Kapitel [Excel]“ werden die Excel Schnipsel, die als Quellort der verknüpften Tabellen fungieren, aufgeführt. Die Zahl in eckigen Klammern, wie bspw. „[04]“, gibt die Kapitelnummer [in Bezug auf die Gesamtanzahl der Kapitel im Cockpit] wieder. Außerdem werden in den weiteren Spalten die exakten Namen der Ausgabebereiche sowie die jeweilige Dokumentsprache angegeben. In der letzten Spalte „Kapitel“ werden die Schnipsel, die als Zielort der verknüpften Tabellen fungieren, aufgeführt. Auch hier steht die Zahl in den eckigen Klammern wie, bspw. „[10]“, für die Kapitelnummer. Zu den einzelnen Detailinformationen können Filter und Sortieroptionen genutzt werden. |
