Mit der Auswertung „Position verwendet in“ wird eine Auswertungsübersicht der vorhandenen und verwendeten Quelldaten [Positionen] in Excel dargestellt. In der Auswertungsübersicht werden die in SmartNotes aktuell importierten Quelldaten [Positionen] und deren Verwendung, d.h. Zuweisung auf Berichtsdaten, in Excel veröffentlicht. Zu den angezeigten Detailinformationen der Positionen gehören die Positionsnummer, der Name, der Wert, die Datenquelle, die gemappten Positionen sowie die zugehörige Periode der Position. Als Informationen über die zugehörigen Berichtsdaten werden bei der Gegenüberstellung zusätzlich das Kapitel, die Zeilenbezeichnung, die Periode und die zugehörige Programmierung des Berichtsdaten angezeigt. Zu den einzelnen Detailinformationen können Filter und Sortieroptionen genutzt werden. |

With the report "Position Used in", an evaluation overview of the existing and used source data [positions] is displayed in Excel. In the evaluation overview, the source data [positions] currently imported into SmartNotes and their use, i.e. allocation to report data, are published in Excel. The detailed information displayed for the items includes the item number, name, value, data source, mapped items and the associated period of the item. As information on the associated report data, the chapter, the line designation, the period and the associated programming of the report data are also displayed in the comparison. Filters and sorting options can be used for the individual detailed information. |
