The permission "System Administration" refers to the visibility of the different tabs within the SmartNotes settings.

Only the tab "CloudUser settings" is excluded. This tab is available, if a user has the permission "CloudSystem Settings Dialog" and is basically allowed to access the settings.

Basic system settings can be made in the wizard.
