Die Berechtigung "Kapitel-Anhänge" bezieht sich auf die Sichtbarkeit von Anhängen an Kapitel im SmartNotes Cockpit und die Möglichkeit diese zu bearbeiten.

Es müssen zumindest Leserechte für die Anhänge und Leserechte für das Dokument vorhanden sein, damit für einen Nutzer die Kapitelanhänge eines Dokumentes im SmartNotes Cockpit angezeigt werden. Dabei spielt die Kombination von Berechtigungsebenen und –kategorien eine wichtige Rolle.

Je nach Berechtigungskategorie kann lesend auf die Anhänge zugegriffen werden oder aber auch neue Anhänge angelegt sowie existierende gelöscht werden.

The combination of authorization levels and categories plays an important role.

At least read permissions for the attachments and read permissions for the document must exist so that the chapter attachments of a document are displayed in the SmartNotes Cockpit for a user.

Depending on the authorization category, the attachments can be accessed in a read-only manner or new attachments can be created and existing ones deleted.
