Styles werden gelöscht, bzw. ersetzt:

• Erstellen Sie zwei Word-Dokumente erstmal lokal auf dem Rechner
  • Template.docx
    • beinhaltet eine Formatvorlage Style_A
  • Schnipsel1.docx
    • beinhaltet eine Formatvorlage Style_A, die aber anders definiert ist, als die im Template.docx (hat z.B. Option Fett aktiviert)
    • beinhaltet eine Formatvorlage Style_B
    • beide Formatvorlagen werden nicht im Schnipsel verwendet. Es gibt also keinen Text, der damit formatiert ist

• Unter „Dokument --> Einstellungen --> Word Einstellungen" aktivieren Sie bitte die Option Styles aus Template in anderen Schnipsel erzwingen 
• Unter „Dokument --> Einstellungen --> Word Einstellungen" die Datei Template.docx als Formatvorlage hochladen
• Legen Sie ein neues Kapitel (z.B.) Test 1 an und laden in diesem den Schnipsel1.docx als externe Word-Datei hoch
• Checken Sie den Wordschnipsel ein und wieder aus
• Erwartetes Ergebnis: in dem ausgecheckten Schnipsel
  • Es gibt einen Style_A. Die Definition des Styles entspricht dem aus Template.docx
  • Es gibt keinen Style_B

Benutzte Styles werden nicht gelöscht, werden aber für weiter Verwendung blockiert 

• Testen Sie in dem selben SmartNotes Dokument, weil Sie das Template.docx aus dem ersten Testfall hier benötigen
• Erstellen Sie eine Word-Dokument erst einmal lokal auf dem Rechner 
  • Schnipsel2.docx (gerne als durch Kopieren des Schnipsel1.docx aus dem ersten Testfall)
    • beinhaltet eine Formatvorlage Style_A, die aber anders definiert ist, als die im Template.docx (hat z.B. Option Fett aktiviert)
    • beinhaltet eine Formatvorlage Style_B
    • beinhaltet zwei Absätze Text. Der erste Absatz ist mit Style_A formatiert, der zweite mti Style_B

• Kontrollieren Sie bitte, dass unter „Dokument --> Einstellungen --> Word Einstellungen" die Option „Styles aus Template in anderen Schnipsel erzwingen" aktiviert ist
• Legen Sie ein neues Kapitel Test 2 an und laden dort Schnipsel2.docx als externe Word-Datei hoch
• Bitte den Schnipsel einchecken und wieder auschecken
• Erwartetes Ergebnis: in dem ausgechecken Schnipsel
  • es gibt Style_A. Definition des Styles entspricht dem aus Template.docx (der erste Absatz ist z.B. nicht mehr Fett)
  • es gibt Style_B. Der zweite Absatz ist nach wie vor mit dem Style_B formatiert
  • Es ist nicht möglich, einen neuen Text mit dem Style_B zu formatieren

Absätze mit den nicht erlaubten Styles werden kommentiert

• Unter „Dokument --> Einstellungen --> Word Einstellungen" bitte die Option "Absätze mit nicht erlaubten Styles kommentieren" aktivieren
• das Kapitel Test 2 bitte auschecken
• Erwartetes Ergebnis: in dem ausgecheckten Schnipsel
  • der erste Absatz, der mit dem Style_A formatiert ist, hat keinen Kommentar
  • der zweite Absatz, der mit dem Style_B formatiert ist hat ein Kommentar „Dieser Absatz verwendet eine nicht empfohlene Formatvorlage. Weisen Sie ihm bitte eine Formatvorlage aus der Liste zu"

Styles are deleted or replaced:

• First create two Word documents locally on the computer
  
  • Template.docx
    • contains a style sheet Style_A
  • Snippet.docx
    • contains a style sheet Style_A, which is defined differently than the one in Template.docx (e.g. has the option Bold activated).
    • contains a style sheet Style_B
    • neither style sheet is used in the snippet. So there is no text that is formatted with them

• Under "Document --> Settings --> Word Settings", please activate the option "Force styles from template into other snippets".
• Under "Document --> Settings --> Word Settings", upload the file Template.docx as a format template.
• Create a new chapter (e.g.) Test 1 and upload the snippet1.docx as an external Word file in this chapter.
• Check the Word snippet in and out again
• Expected result: in the checked out snippet
  • There is one Style_A. The definition of the style corresponds to that from Template.docx
  • There is no Style_B

Used styles are not deleted, but are blocked from further use.

• Test in the same SmartNotes document because you need the Template.docx from the first test case here
• First create a Word document locally on the computer 
  • Snippet2.docx (gladly than by copying the snippet1.docx from the first test case)
    • contains a style sheet Style_A, which is defined differently than the one in Template.docx (e.g. has the option Bold activated).
    • contains one style sheet Style_B
    • contains two paragraphs of text. The first paragraph is formatted with Style_A, the second with Style_B.

• Please check that under "Document --> Settings --> Word Settings" the option "Force styles from template into other snippets" is activated.
• Create a new chapter Test 2 and upload there snippet2.docx as an external word file
• Please check in the snippet and check it out again
• Expected result: in the checked out snippet
  • there is Style_A. The definition of the style corresponds to that in Template.docx (e.g. the first paragraph is no longer bold).
  • there is Style_B. The second paragraph is still formatted with Style_B.
  • It is not possible to format a new text with Style_B.

Paragraphs with the styles that are not allowed are commented on

• Under "Document --> Settings --> Word Settings", please activate the option "Comment paragraphs with non-allowed styles".
• Please check out the chapter Test 2
• Expected result: in the checked out snippet
  
  • the first paragraph formatted with Style_A has no comment.
  • the second paragraph formatted with Style_B has a comment "This paragraph uses a non-recommended style. Please assign it a style from the list".
