Ist für ein SmartNotes-Dokument mehr als eine Sprache hinterlegt, wird im oberen rechten Bereich des Cockpits ein Dropdown-Menü mit der Beschreibung „Dokumentsprache“ angezeigt. Dieses Menü kann zum Wechsel zwischen den verschiedenen Dokumentsprachen verwendet werden. Ist ein Dokument lediglich in einer Sprache verfasst, dann wird das Auswahlmenü automatisch ausgeblendet. Um die Sprache zu wechseln, wird mittels eines Linksklicks das Dropdown-Menü aufgerufen. Dort werden alle Sprachen, die für ein Dokument angelegt wurden, aufgelistet. Durch einen weiteren Linksklick kann die gewünschte Sprache ausgewählt werden. |

 If more than one language is stored for a SmartNotes document, a drop-down menu with the description "Document language" is displayed in the upper right area of the cockpit. This menu can be used to switch between the different document languages. If a document is written in only one language, the drop-down menu is automatically hidden. To change the language, the drop-down menu is called up by left-clicking. All languages that have been created for a document are listed there. The desired language can be selected with another left click. |

 The definition of a new language is done in the document settings. A detailed description can be found in the chapter "Document languages". If Word files in several languages are stored for a chapter, all language variants can be opened directly from the default Cockpit. |
