Ab der Version 2.9 ist die #e-Programmierung hinzugekommen.

Normalerweise werden in SmartNotes Zahlen aus einem Vorsystem importiert und mit einer Kontonummer in Excel verknüpft. Andere Zahlen werden manuell eingetragen. Es gibt aber immer wieder Zahlen, die sich nicht über ein Vorsystem importieren lassen.

Bisher werden diese Werte in Einzelfällen über Excel-Add-ins oder Verweise auf andere Arbeitsblätter – meist unter Verwendung des alten Parsers – hinterlegt. Da diese Zahlen jedoch nicht unter SmartNotes-Kontrolle stehen, lassen sie sich nicht weiter als Fließtextzahl oder zur Validierung verwenden.

Mit der #e-Programmierung können die Zahlen in Excel gepflegt und dann von SmartNotes als Fließtextzahl oder zur Validierung genutzt werden. Sie sind allerdings starrere Werte, die im Rundungsassistent wie eine Summe dargestellt werden und sich nicht bearbeiten lassen.

Diese Programmierung ersetzt die #am-Programmierung, die wir nicht mehr empfehlen.

Hinweis: um die Zahlen zu aktualisieren, muss die Tabelle aus- und wieder eingecheckt werden. #e-Programmierungen werden nicht automatisch durch Import oder ähnliche Prozesse aktualisiert. Aus diesem Grund eignet sich die Funktion z.B. nicht für Subdokumente innerhalb des Factory-Moduls.

Bei Nutzung der #e-Programmierung ändert sich die Befüllungsart auf „Excel".

Es erscheint wieder die geöffnete Exceldatei. In der ausgewählten Zelle wird nun der Wert angezeigt.

• Wechseln Sie über den Menüpunkt „Datei" in den folgenden Dialog.

• Klicken Sie nun auf „Informationen" (1) , „Verknüpfungen mit Datei bearbeiten" (2) und „Quelle ändern" (3).

Die Quelle wurde nun aktualisiert, der Name wird angezeigt.

• Bleiben Sie in dem Dialog und klicken auf „Werte aktualisieren".
• Verlassen die danach den Dialog.

Die Quelle ist hinterlegt und hat je nach Remotelaufwerk einen etwas kryptisch anmutenden Namen.

Der Wert ist aktualisiert.

• Checken Sie die Datei nun ein.

Die nachfolgende Warnung „Excel beinhaltet externe Links" dürfen Sie in diesem Falle natürlich ignorieren.

Die Warnung lässt sich nicht umgehen oder abschalten und soll Ihnen jedes Mal bewusst machen, dass es sich hier um eine Sonderprogrammierung handelt. Sie müssen immer berücksichtigen, dass die Datei „SonderlockentabelleRemote.xlsx" für jeden Bearbeiter im Zugriff sein muss, damit Werte aktualisiert werden können.

Bei Werten, die per #e aus externen Tabellen gelesen werden, müssen diese manuell aktualisiert werden. 

• Öffnen Sie die Tabelle, in der die Links eingetragen sind.
• Wechseln Sie zu „Datei\Informationen\Verknüpfungen mit Dateien bearbeiten" und klicken Sie dort auf den Button „Werte aktualisieren".

Nach dem Aktualisieren wechselt der Status auf „OK".

Der aktualisierte Wert wird nun angezeigt.

• Checken Sie die Datei nun ein, damit die Aktualisierung gespeichert wird.

As of version 2.9, #e programming has been added.

Usually, numbers are imported from a previous system in SmartNotes and linked to an account number in Excel. Other numbers are entered manually. However, there are always numbers that cannot be imported via a pre-system.

Until now, these values have been deposited in individual cases via Excel add-ins or references to other worksheets - mostly using the old parser. However, since these numbers are not under SmartNotes control, they cannot be used further as continuous text numbers or for validation.

With #e programming, the numbers can be maintained in Excel and then used by SmartNotes as continuous text numbers or for validation. However, they are more rigid values that are displayed in the Data View like a sum and cannot be edited.

This programming replaces #am programming, which we no longer recommend.

Note: to update the numbers, the table must be checked out and checked in again. #e programming is not automatically updated by import or similar processes. For this reason, the function is not suitable for sub-documents within the Factory module, for example.

When using #e programming, the fill type changes to "Excel".

The file explorer opens so that a file can be selected. 

• Select the file "SpecialCasesRemote.xlsx" and click on the open button.

The opened Excel file appears again. The value is now displayed in the selected cell.

• Switch to the following dialogue via the menu item "File".

• Please choose  "Info" (1) , "Edit Links to Files" (2) und „Change Source" (3).

The source has now been updated, the name is displayed.

• Remain in the dialogue and click on "Update Values".
• Then exit the dialogue.

The source is stored and has a somewhat cryptic name depending on the remote drive.

• The value is updated.
• Now please check in the file.

You may of course ignore the following warning "Excel file contains external links" in this case.

The warning cannot be bypassed or switched off and should make you aware each time that this is special programming. You must always take into account that the file "SpecialCasesRemote.xlsx" must be accessible to every editor so that values can be updated.

For values that are read from external tables via #e, these must be updated manually. 

• Open the table in which the links are entered.
• Switch to "File\Info\Edit links to Files" and click on the button "Update Values".

After updating, the status changes to "OK".

• Now check in the file so that the update is saved.
