Im Tabellenblatt „Kapitelhistorie“ werden alle Änderungen innerhalb des aktuell angezeigten SmartNotes-Dokumentes inklusive Detailinformationen veröffentlicht.

Zu den angezeigten Detailinformationen gehören das Kapitel, das Datum der Änderung, die Aktion, der Benutzer und der hinterlegte Kommentar.

Zu den einzelnen Detailinformationen können Filter und Sortieroptionen genutzt werden.

Die erzeugten Ergebnisdokumente und Teildokumente werden mit den Detailinformationen zum Dokument, dem Nutzer und dem Namen des erzeugten Dokumentes in dem Tabellenblatt „Dokumenthistorie" angezeigt. Die Übersicht zeigt sowohl die erzeugten als auch die gelöschten Ergebnis- und Teildokumente an.

The detailed information displayed includes the chapter, the date of the change, the action, the user and the stored comment.

Filters and sorting options can be used for the individual detailed information.

The generated result documents and partial documents are displayed with the detailed information on the document, the user and the name of the generated document in the "Document history" worksheet. The overview shows both the generated and the deleted result and part documents.
