No “Import”-Button
Why do I not see an “Import”-Button on the dialogue “Entity Data Collection”?
To make the “Import”-Button visible, a Pillar 2 Structure (EXT > GTC) has to be established.

Why does the Calculation result in multiple Snapshots?
There are more possibilities why multiple Snapshots are created:There is no Pillar 2 Reporting Dimension Type installed. For more information on this, please see the section on “First steps after an Update”
If you press “Save” for more than one time (e.g. during the calculation of the snapshot) several snapshots are created. If the calculation is already processing, please don’t press “Save” again. The calculation is processing, if you see the following symbol in your tab:

Why is the Recast Amount zero?
At the moment the formula of the recast doesn’t work if either DT-4.2, DT-4.4 or DT-4.5 are equal to zero. If the Tax Rate is imported from the GTC (and not from a csv) the calculation of the Recast amount fails. This zero, the value in DT-4.1 or respectively DT-4.3, DT-4.5 are divided by zero and the whole function is not valid. The problem will be fixed with the next update, the calculation of the recast amount will then be part of the CE-CalculationUpdate.
Nevertheless, it is possible, to insert any other value but zero in DT-4.2, DT-4.4 and DT-4.6, so the function will calculate the recast amount. If the value of the amount to be recastet (DT-4.1, DT-4.3, DT-4.5) is zero, the function is valid and the result will be zero also if DT-4.2, DT-4.4 and DT-4.6 are not zero.

Why is the calculation completely empty?
The Snapshot is not properly selected. This happens for example if you change the period. The problem is solved, if you change to another Snapshot and then change back to the former Snapshot. The Snapshot is then properly selected. This This will ensure correct selection even if the period is changed. To resolve this issue, select a different Snapshot and then switch back to the original one. The problem will be fixed with the next update.
