To generate reports, select the menu item "Tools → Validation Rule Report". A page opens with a list of all available reports maintained by AMANA. By clicking on "Generate Report" to the right of a report, the page for generating a report opens.
The Excel report can be downloaded immediately via the "Generate" button. In this case, the cell markings correspond to the markings in the filling instructions of the Deutsche Bundesbank. By activating the advanced mode, the marking can be changed beforehand.
For each type of cell selection, a list of all cells with this selection appears. In this list, individual cells can be selected and removed using the "Remove selected cells" button. These cells are no longer marked in the final report. After clicking on the button "Add Cells" a modal window opens in which cells can be added to a group. Via the drop-down box "Table" you can select the table containing the cells to be added. In the selection lists for rows and columns several cells can be selected and finally added to the group using the "Add" button. Each cell can have a maximum of one marker. If the cell already has another marker, it will be replaced by the new marker. By clicking on "Generate" a report can be generated and saved on the PC.
If the advanced mode is not activated, an already generated default report is downloaded instead. In advanced mode, a new report must first be generated, which is why the Excel report can only be downloaded after a short wait. The report consists of 2 spreadsheets: the first spreadsheet "Cells" contains a list of all selected cells, while the second spreadsheet "Formulas" contains the XBRL validations.
