To create a user profile, select the "Master Data → Users and Roles" function and then click on "Create User". Then enter the user information, assign the roles to the user and save them. The user name and e-mail address must be unique. If "Active Directory Authentication" is used, the user can log in with his/her domain account. In this case, no new password needs to be entered and the corresponding fields are hidden. If two-factor authentication is disabled system-wide, this will be indicated below the corresponding box.
