Master Data | Master Data allows you to manage basic settings, like users, roles and entities. |
Filings | Here you can manage the received, rejected and outstanding filings or create new filings. |

| All outstanding filings are stored here. Reporting entities have to submit the filings till the noted due date. |
| All automatically rejected filings and the rejection reasons are displayed here. |
| In this menu you can submit filings to regulators. |
| All reporting requirements can be managed here. |
Taxonomies | All taxonomies can be managed here. |
Key Performance Indicators | All key performance indicators and queries can be manged here. |
Tools | Additional tools are available here. |
| In the Reports menu you can see predefined reports, e.g. about the taxonomies, permissions or the global history. |
| Here you can manage, start and reset open BI exports. This feature is optional and only available for the "On Premises" solution of the XBRL portal. |

| Edit | Click on this symbol to edit the selected element, e.g. the user rights. |
| Delete | Using this symbol various elements can be deleted. A confirmation dialogue is displayed before deletion. Deleted objects cannot be restored. |

| This symbol indicates whether a particular characteristic, such as XBRL validity, is fulfilled. |
| User profile | Contains personal settings, especially for the selected automatic notifications. |

| Opens a pane with context information and a link to the corresponding place in the manual. |
