To generate reports, select the menu item "Tools → Validation Rule Report". A new page with a list of all available reports maintained by AMANA opens. Click on "Generate Report" to the right of a report, to open the generate report page.
The Excel report can be downloaded immediately via the "Generate" button. In this case, the field classification corresponds to the the filling instructions of the Deutsche Bundesbank. By activating the advanced mode, the label can be changed before generating the report.
When the cell label is selected, a list of all cells with the same label appears. In this list, individual cells can be selected and removed using the "Remove Selected Cells" button. These cells are no longer labelled in the final report. After clicking on the "Add Cells" button, a new window opens; cells can be added to a group here. Via the drop-down box "Table" you can select the table containing the cells to be added. Several cells can be selected and finally added to the group using the "Add" button in the selection lists for rows and columns . Each cell can have only one label. If the cell already has another label, it will be replaced by the new one. By clicking on "Generate" a report can be generated and saved on the PC.
If the advanced mode is not activated, an already generated default report is downloaded. In advanced mode, a new report must first be generated, that is why it takes some time till the Excel report is downloaded. The report consists of 2 spreadsheets: the first spreadsheet "Cells" contains a list of all selected cells, while the second spreadsheet "Formulas" contains the XBRL validations.
