Troubleshooting the Tax Balance installation

Health check

Open a browser and navigate to <your-taxbalance-url>/health with the URL that you host your Tax Balance server on. This will perform the following health checks.

  • Database connectivity

  • E-Balance transmission 

  • XBRL taxonomies cache (starting with version 25.1)

XBRL taxonomies

If you encounter any issues with XBRL taxonomy related functions, please perform the above-mentioned health check. If the check “taxonomies-cache” does not have the status pass, please restart the server, and check again. If the problem persists, please contact the support and provide the Logging information.
