In the "SmartNotes - CheckIn" dialogue that appears, a comment about the changes to the document is entered in the central field. This is displayed in various places in SmartNotes [e.g. in the history of the document or when restoring earlier versions]. Therefore, it should contain a meaningful short description of the changes made to the previous version.
With the function "Last Comments" the user has the possibility to use his last used comments.
With a click on the button "Check in", the PowerPoint document for the corresponding chapter is then stored. In the cockpit, the symbol of the PowerPoint file changes in the column "PowerPoint" and is supplemented by the last modification time.
