"Styles" sind die Formatvorlagen, die Sie zur Berichtsumsetzung nutzen. In der Regel gibt es Fließtexte, Aufzählungen, mehrere Überschriftenebenen, Fußnoten und ähnliches.

Diese werden in Word definiert und beinhalten Informationen wie Schriftart, -größe, -farbe, Zeilenabstand, Abstand vor und nach, Skalierung, Nummerierung und vieles mehr.

Um ein einheitliches Layout in dem Bericht zu gewährleisten, ist die Nutzung der Styles erforderlich. Das Helper-Tool unterstützt Sie dabei.

Es passiert immer wieder, dass während der Bearbeitung eine manuelle Layout-Anpassung des Texts vorgenommen wird. In diesem Beispiel wurde ein Text in fett und kursiv angepasst und die Schriftfarbe eines Absatzes verändert.

Durch Markieren der Absätze und Anwenden der Funktion "Style zurücksetzen" werden die Anpassungen entfernt und der Text wird dem hinterlegten Layout entsprechend angezeigt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Diese Funktion gilt nicht für Anpassungen des Absatzes, sondern für die Darstellung der Schriftart und des Schriftschnitts.

Diese Funktion zeigt Ihnen das Word-Dokument in der Entwurf-Übersicht und blendet die verwendeten Styles pro Absatz ein. So kann leicht kontrolliert werden, welcher Style auf welchem Absatz liegt.

Durch erneutes Klicken auf die Funktion "Styles-Ansicht" kehren Sie wieder in die Bearbeitungs-Ansicht zurück.

Wird diese Funktion ausgeführt, öffnet sich ein Dialog auf der rechten Seite. Hier wird Ihnen eine Übersicht ausgewählter Styles angezeigt. Diese Auswahl ist individuell gestaltbar und bleibt auch nach dem Schließen des Dokument für dieses Dokument erhalten.

Über das Plus rechts unten können Styles aus der aktuellen Formatvorlage ausgewählt werden. Styles, die nicht zur Textgestaltung benötigt werden (wie Word-Styles oder Tabellenstyles für den Layoutroboter), können dabei abgewählt bleiben.

In der nebenstehenden Style-Übersicht sind nach Drücken auf den Button "Apply" die ausgewählten Styles zu sehen. Diese können per Mausklick auf den Style-Namen im Text angewendet werden.

Über die Funktion "Fonts" können Schriftarten aus Word heraus installiert und deinstalliert werden:


Über den Button mit den drei Punkten können Sie die lokal abgelegte Font-Datei auswählen und wahlweise über die Buttons "Install" installieren oder "Uninstall" deinstallieren.

"Styles" are the format templates you use for report implementation. Usually there is body text, bulleted lists, multiple heading levels, footnotes and the like. These are defined in Word and contain information such as font type, size, colour, line spacing, spacing before and after, scaling, numbering and much more. To ensure a consistent layout in the report, the use of styles is required. The Helper tool supports you in this.

It happens again and again that a manual layout adjustment of the text is made during editing. In this example, a text was adjusted in bold and italics and the font colour of a paragraph was changed.

By marking the paragraphs and applying the function "Reset style", the adjustments are removed and the text is displayed according to the stored layout.

Please note: This function does not apply to adjustments of the paragraph, but to the display of the font and font style.

This function shows you the Word document in the draft overview and displays the styles used per paragraph. This makes it easy to check which style is on which paragraph.

Clicking on the "Styles View" function again returns you to the editing view.

If this function is executed, a dialogue opens on the right-hand side. An overview of selected styles is displayed here. This selection can be customised and is retained for this document even after closing the document.

Styles can be selected from the current style sheet via the plus button at the bottom right. Styles that are not needed for text design (such as Word styles or table styles for the layout robot) can remain unselected.

In the following style overview, the selected styles can be seen after pressing the "Apply" button. These can be applied by clicking on the style name in the text.

Fonts can be installed and uninstalled from within Word using the "Fonts" function:

Using the button with the three dots, you can select the locally stored font file and either install it or uninstall it using the "Install" or "Uninstall" buttons.
