 Berechtigungen in SmartNotes basieren auf unterschiedlichen Berechtigungsebenen, die teilweise miteinander in Beziehung stehen. Die Ebenen unterscheiden sich in
die kaskadierend aufeinander aufbauen. Zudem gibt es statusabhängige Berechtigungen, die sich auf die im Dokument verwendeten Statusstufen beziehen. Aufgrund der Feingranularität der Berechtigungseinstellungen ist, wie oben bereits beschrieben, das Zusammenspiel der Berechtigungen [z.B. in Bezug auf die Sichtbarkeit von Menüs über die Dialogberechtigungen] zu berücksichtigen. Eine gewährte Berechtigung kann nicht genutzt werden, wenn das zugehörige Menü nicht angezeigt wird oder es aufgrund einer niedrigeren Berechtigungskategorie in einem anderen Bereich nicht aufgerufen werden kann. Die tatsächliche Berechtigung eines Benutzers wird immer auf Grund der höchsten Berechtigungskategorie in der konkreten Berechtigungsebene vergeben. Werden für einen Nutzer z.B. systemweit für eine Statusstufe Leserechte für Word-Dateien vergeben, zugleich aber dokumentweit für dieselbe Statusstufe Administratorenrechte für Word-Dateien, so erhält der Nutzer vollen Zugriff auf alle Word-Dateien, deren Kapitel sich in dem entsprechenden Status befinden. Diese Überschreibung der systemweiten Leseberechtigung gilt allerdings nur für das konkret höher berechtige SmartNotes-Dokument. In anderen SmartNotes-Dokumenten, die nicht separat berechtigt wurden, sondern die systemweite Rechtevergabe übernehmen, gilt dies folgerichtig nicht. Der Abgleich der dem Benutzer gewährten Rechte [hier zwischen den systemweiten Word Rechten und den dokumentweiten Word Rechten derselben Statusstufe] führt dazu, dass die systemweit niedrigere Berechtigungskategorie durch die dokumentweite höhere Berechtigungskategorie überschrieben wird und der Nutzer Administratorenrechte für die Word-Datei erhält. |

Due to the fine granularity of the authorisation settings, the interaction of the authorisations [e.g. in relation to the visibility of menus via the dialogue authorisations] must be taken into account, as already described above. A granted authorisation cannot be used if the associated menu is not displayed or it cannot be called up due to a lower authorisation category in another area. The actual authorisation of a user is always granted on the basis of the highest authorisation category in the concrete authorisation level. If, for example, read rights for Word files are assigned for a user system-wide for one status level, but at the same time administrator rights for Word files are assigned document-wide for the same status level, the user receives full access to all Word files whose chapters are in the corresponding status. However, this overriding of the system-wide read permission only applies to the specific SmartNotes document with the higher permission. Consequently, this does not apply to other SmartNotes documents that have not been separately authorised but take over the system-wide assignment of rights. The comparison of the rights granted to the user [here between the system-wide Word rights and the document-wide Word rights of the same status level] leads to the system-wide lower authorisation category being overwritten by the document-wide higher authorisation category and the user receiving administrator rights for the Word file. |
