Über die Absatz-Funktion können die Abstände vor und nach einem Absatz angepasst werden. Hin und wieder ist dies notwendig, um einen Textumbruch auf die nächste Seite zu verhindern. Im Gegensatz zu den relativ großen Schritten in Word (Word springt automatisch um 6 Pt., wobei der Abstand natürlich manuell angepasst werden kann), verändert sich bei Anpassung über die Plus- oder Minus-Buttons im Helper Tool der Abstand nur um jeweils 0,1 Pt. Auf diese Weise lassen sich minimale Anpassungen vornehmen. |

The paragraph function can be used to adjust the spacing before and after a paragraph. Now and then this is necessary to prevent a text break to the next page. In contrast to the relatively large steps in Word (Word automatically jumps by 6 pt., although the spacing can of course be adjusted manually), when adjusting via the plus or minus buttons in the Helper Tool, the spacing only changes by 0.1 pt. each time. In this way, minimal adjustments can be made. |
