Beschreibung
Wird ein Bilanzgewinn ausgewiesen und die Position "Rechtsform" mit einer Ausprägung der Kategorie "PG" berichtet, so muss der Bilanzgewinn / Bilanzverlust (GuV) laut Ergebnisverwendung mit dem Wert der folgenden Position übereinstimmen:
Eigenkapital, Bilanzgewinn / Bilanzverlust (Bilanz) im Sinne des § 264c Abs. 2 HGB bei Personen(handels)gesellschaften
Bei Handelsbilanzen muss diese Bedingung vor Ausführung der Überleitungsrechnung erfüllt sein.
