The output area is included in the PowerPoint file depending on the selected setting in the document settings [Metafile [Graphic], Bitmap or Excel Table [OLE Object]]. The report values can therefore not be changed in the PowerPoint file itself, but must be adjusted in the Data View or in the corresponding Excel file. The report values in the table [in the output area] are automatically updated each time the PowerPoint document is used, for example when opening or generating the business report. Alternatively, the entire document can be updated via the "Refresh" button in the SmartNotes Ribbon.
After selecting the desired output area, it can be imported via the "Insert" button. |
