Beschreibung
Wird ein Bilanzgewinn ausgewiesen und die Position "Rechtsform" mit einer Ausprägung der Kategorie "PG" berichtet, so muss der Jahresüberschuss/-fehlbetrag laut GuV mit dem Wert des folgenden Ausdrucks übereinstimmen:
Bilanzgewinn / Bilanzverlust (GuV); Jahresüberschuss/-fehlbetrag, Ergebnisverwendung
+ Eigenkapital, steuerlicher Ausgleichsposten, steuerliches Mehr-/Minderergebnis lfd. Jahr gegenüber HB
Bei Handelsbilanzen muss diese Bedingung vor Ausführung der Überleitungsrechnung erfüllt sein.
