Authorization Objects and Roles

The Pillar 2 dialogues are not universally editable for all users in the company. Access is managed through the creation of roles with specific authorization objects. This approach allows for flexible role creation, enabling configurations such as a "P2 Expert" role, which has comprehensive rights across all Pillar 2 dialogues, or a "P2 Entity User" role, which is granted "Edit" rights exclusively for the entity data collection of a particular company.

Each dialogue within Pillar 2 has a corresponding authorization. With Read access, users can open dialogs, and with Edit rights, they can input or modify data. This structured access ensures that sensitive information and settings are appropriately managed. However, users with Superuser privileges have universal access to all dialogues and settings, bypassing regular authorization restrictions.

Read: Users can open the status monitoring dialogue to view the status of the milestones for constituent entities they are authorized for.

Bulk Change - Execute: Allows users to update milestone statuses in bulk for multiple constituent entities they are authorized for.
