Ausblendeinstellungen

Die Einstellung für regelbasierte Zeilenausblendungen in Excel-Dateien kann über das Drop Down Feld “Alle ReportData ausblenden” für das gesamte SmartNotes Dokument angepasst werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Anpassung nur für neue Tabellen vorgenommen werden kann – bereits hinterlegte Tabellen werden nicht angepasst.

Auch wenn eine globale Ausblendeinstellung gesetzt wurde, können die Ausblendeinstellung für jedes Excel-Dokument einzeln über den Rundungsassistenten angepasst werden.

Folgende Werte stehen zur Auswahl:

Kein Wert [leeres Feld]: Die Zeile erhält keine Ansichtsoption.
r: Die Zeile wird automatisch ausgeblendet, wenn alle in ihr enthaltenen User Werte [durch den Benutzer überschriebene Werte] ODER die kaufmännisch gerundeten Werte 0 entsprechen.
a: Die Zeile wird automatisch ausgeblendet, wenn alle in ihr enthaltenen, exakten [vor Rundung] Werte gleich 0 sind bzw. automatisch eingeblendet wenn die Werte größer oder kleiner 0 sind.
A: Die Zeile wird immer ausgeblendet.
E: Die Zeile wird immer eingeblendet.

Die Bedeutung der einzelnen Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten werden im Kapitel "CloudOpen Data View" unter "Zeilen in Excel [automatisch] ein- und ausblenden"

Die Funktion “Import Mapping-Positionen” ist dafür zuständig virtuelle Positionen zu generieren. Virtuelle Positionen sind Programmiervariablen, welche vergeben werden können um Programmierungen, welche häufiger verwendet werden, zentral verwalten zu können. Dies ist zum Beispiel sinnvoll, wenn mehrere gleich aufgebaute Tabellen verwendet werden.

Hierzu muss zunächst eine Exceltabelle erstellt werden, in der der Name der virtuellen Position, eine Beschreibung der virtuellen Position und die tatsächliche Programmierung hinterlegt werden.

Durch Klick auf dem Button “Import Mapping-Positionen” öffnet sich ein Fenster. Durch einen weiteren Klick auf das Auswahlfeld kann die Datei importiert werden. Anschließend müssen die Spalten der Excel Datei mit Hilfe des Dropdownmenüs SmartNotes zugewiesen werden. Hierfür muss zunächst das Arbeitsblatt, unter dem die Tabelle sich befindet, die Namensspalte, die Beschreibungsspalte und die Programmierspalte angegeben werden.

Nach einem weiteren Klick auf “Laden” öffnet sich eine Vorschau, die nach Überprüfung mit dem Button “Speichern” bestätigt wird. Danach können die Fester geschlossen werden.

Die Vergabe einer virtuellen Position erfolgt dann in den entsprechenden Exceldateien über einen Doppelklick in die Wertespalte. Hierdurch öffnet sich ein Fenster, wo die virtuellen Positionen grün hinterlegt sind und ausgewählt werden können.

Des Weiteren kann eine zusätzliche Spalte, welche die eigentliche Programmierung anzeigt, eingefügt werden.

Hierzu kann mit einem Rechtsklick auf die Spalte das SmartNotes- Auswahlmenü geöffnet werden und die „resolvedMapping“-spalte ausgewählt werden.

Eventuell muss die Datenbank über den SmartNotes-Reiter aktualisiert werden.

Soll nun die Programmierung verändert werden, so muss die hinterlegte Excel-Datei angepasst werden und erneut importiert werden. Bei gleicher Benennung der virtuellen Position erkennt SmartNotes die Modifizierung und ändert sie in jeder Exceltabelle, in der die virtuelle Position verwendet wurde.

Hide settings

The setting for rule-based row hiding in Excel files can be adjusted for the entire SmartNotes document via the drop-down field "Hide all ReportData". Please note that this adjustment can only be made for new tables - tables already stored will not be adjusted.

Even if a global hide setting has been set, the hide setting for each Excel document can be adjusted individually using the Data view.

The following values are available for selection:

No value [blank field]: the row is not given a view option.
r: The row is automatically hidden if all user values [values overwritten by the user] OR the commercially rounded values contained in it equal 0.
a: The row is automatically hidden if all the exact [before rounding] values it contains are equal to 0, or automatically displayed if the values are greater than or less than 0.
A: The line is always hidden.
E: The line is always shown.

The meaning of the individual configuration options is explained in the chapter "CloudOpen Data View" under "Show and hide rows in Excel [automatically]".

The function "Mapping Import Positions" is for generating virtual positions. Virtual positions are programming variables that can be assigned in order to centrally manage programming that is used more frequently. This is useful, for example, if several tables with the same structure are used.

To do this, an Excel table must first be created in which the name of the virtual position, a description of the virtual position and the actual programming are stored.

By clicking on the button "Mapping Import Positions" a window opens. The file can be imported by clicking on the selection field again. Then the columns of the Excel file must be assigned to SmartNotes with the help of the drop-down menu. The database may have to be updated via the SmartNotes tab.

If the programming is now to be changed, the stored Excel file must be adapted and imported again. If the virtual position is named the same, SmartNotes recognises the modification and changes it in every Excel table in which the virtual position was used.
